Dean is that caliber of CPA. His clients tend to be of the entrepreneurial type searching for the next level of financing. His training as a CPA at several national and regional CPA firms allows him to offer a specialty in Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) rules and regulations that other CPAs would like to say that they offer, but few who could actually provide such a service at the level of competence that he was able to master while at these firms. From supporting your staff, preparing a set of US GAAP financial statements in accordance with the SEC’s guidelines to preparing a Form 10Q, Form 10K, S-1 or Form 1A, his accounting experience helps provide these clients the type of expertise that other accountants cannot come close to offering.
Dean has developed an expertise in dealing with entrepreneurial type of clients involved in varies industries. Acting as an outside chief financial officer for these clients, he’s able to help these clients deal with every type of financing and financial reporting required to obtain the next level of financing. From preparing cash flow forecasts to preparing investor presentation my accounting experience helps provide these clients the type of expertise that other accountants cannot come close to offering.
Erika Enerlan – President, Our Accounting Team
Erika "Eka" Enerlan serves as the President of Our Accounting Team, leading and managing operations based in the Philippines. With over a decade of experience spanning advisory, audits, and project management, Eka brings a wealth of expertise and a results-driven approach to her role.
She began her career at SGV & Co., the top auditing firm in the Philippines and a member of Ernst & Young (EY), where she specialized in risk audits, business process reviews, internal controls, and IT audits. Eka then transitioned to an international manufacturing company, where she pivoted her focus to project management, overseeing large-scale, multi-million to billion-dollar projects, including acquisitions.
Throughout her career, Eka has demonstrated an exceptional ability to lead complex global initiatives. She has successfully managed cross-regional teams across Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe, spearheading system integrations, financial process migrations and optimization, and other system implementations. Her accomplishments have earned her recognition and accolades for her outstanding performance and leadership.
